Networked with alumni and got the interview. First Round Was quite standard about yourself and basic technical finance questions like valuation methods and accounting. Really Seemed like they really wanted gender diversity.

The overall interview process was relatively easy, with many straightforward and simple questions. My interviewer was extremely polite and gave me the time I needed to answer questions. Each interview, apart from the super day, took only 30 minutes.

Process begins with an initial phone screen with one-to-two Analysts, followed by a 3-round in-person Superday with seniors ranging from Vice Presidents to Managing Directors. Each round includes moderate technicals and behaviors.
