Phone interview with HR Rep and then they send you to the Store to interview with the management team there. If they like you, they call HR and they tell them they are interested in offering you a position. Once hired, you will train in Mt. Laurel, and also in the store and you will float back and forth. Some times managers even send you to other stores to train with those who are more experienced.
