The initial interview was casual with a recruiter, they asked general questions just trying to get to know me and why I wanted the company. Second round interviews were with the managers and director for the role, it was over the phone where they asked more behavioral questions.

10 weeks internship program is to optimize inventory and set ERP types. Basically, interview with global HR by 1:1, and asked more questions than I expected and really pleased. Should talk more about the products and industries, but i missed it.

Interview was very laid back. 3 interviewers and asked very general questions about your resume. Some behavioral questions were included but were just the normal. The people were very nice and created a good interview atmosphere.
