I was contacted by a HR executive from TEK Systems in response to my resume posted on Job Portal. He confirmed with me on my experience and matched my profile to a job offer TEK Systems had with their client issuing a Job Description document (JD). Upon confirmation matching with JD it was clearly communicated that I would be a TEK Systems employee and will be deployed with one of their clients. After this was agreed I had two rounds of interviews with his manager. One of them was an interview prep session with their former employee with the same client. These sessions helped me to understand more about the opportunity. Then I had two rounds of Technical interviews with client Team Leads. They evaluated me on technical skills, communication, willingness to quickly adapt and learn etc Then they took their time and finally after two weeks I was informed to attend a Managerial round of interview. In this session I was evaluated on technical skills and my ability to match completely with their Job Description document. My salary expectation and future career aspirations were also involved in the discussion. Post this interview on the same day I was informed by TEK Systems that I was selected for this position and it was confirmed.

It took only 1 day for me to complete the interview and get offer letter as requirement was urgent. Interview process is simple and quick. Usually it is like 3 rounds of interview including client interview.
