I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Independence, OH) in Apr 2014
Interview
Laid back experience where the DBO is very involved in understanding who you are as a person. Its a multiple stage process that requires deep though and differentiation between your work experience and your personal experience. The interview process is long and drawn out but is a great experience.

Question 1
Who are you as a person aside from your business side.
I applied online. I interviewed at TEKsystems in Jan 2026
Interview
I had a first interview and never heard back from them company, even though they promised updates in a week. This has been a month ago. It's fine if they find someone more qualified, but if someone respect you with their time and prepares for the interview, being transparent is the bare minimum. Seems like it was a dogged bullet.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Fort Worth, TX) in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview was very open, but it also lasted a long time. You meet with almost everyone at various levels; they kind of tell you about them and what they do, then you ask questions, but it's kind of repetitive, and you need to make sure you have questions for each person and stay engaged the whole time, even though it is long! It's not hard, just casual and long.

Question 1
They asked about my interest in the company and it was a sales position, so they asked something about the most important aspect of selling.

Interview
Applied via LinkedIn, a recruiter reached out and gave me some information about the position and asked to arrange a call. After agreeing on day and time, the recruiter did not reach out or answered my follow-up email. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
