Interviewed for TEKsystems Global services (part of TEKsystems)
Altough the process is benefecial it was a tiring process.
Round 1: they shortlisted based on NCET score overall India.
Round 2: Conducted a coding round. 2 questions, 90mins 1 easy/medium 1 medium/hard, students solved at least 1 question are shortlisted.
Round 3: Next was a Mentorship program for 2 months, classes on various tech are taken by company experts for 3/4 times a week. an exam will be conducted on the day of each session.
based on the exam scores and attendance for the program, students are shortlisted.
Round 4: GD(mostly elimination)
Round 5: TR 1 asked questions on Resume, projects and skills.
Round 6: TR 2
Total process took 8 months to get final select results.

The process consists of online assessment,group discussion,TR1,TR2,TR3 then HR round.The assessment consists of aptitude as well as technical questions and one coding question.selected students were invited for GD about 30 mins.Then TR's followed by HR round.
