Interview
I met a recruiter at a college career fair, after sharing my interest with the recruiter I had a call set up where we spoke about the different aspect of the position. Afterwards, a hiring manager reached out to me and we set up an interview in their Chicago office where I met with two interviewers. I have not yet scheduled a time, but the next step in the process is a half day training session at back at their offices where you really get to see all the moving pieces and the day to day of the Account Manager position

Interview
The interview was very easy and straightforward. The person who interviewed me just asked simple questions about my work history to see if I would align with the contract. I was also asked about healthcare experience as the role was with insurance.
Fast paced and quick. They make decisions fast without waiting a ton of time. Only a couple steps and interviews to complete. Overall good interview experience I had. Good luck on your interview

Was offered position by supervisor who interviewed me, took my resume offline, and was then ghosted by the supervisor. Tried for over 2 months, unsuccessfully, get someone to respond back to me.
