CV Screening, Initial Interview with HR, 2nd Interview with Senior Consultants, 3rd Interview with Senior Consultant and Director, Role play and half-day Interview at the office. They gave me very detailed feedbacks and expected me to improve based on their feedbacks.

Bit lengthy and took 2 weeks of time, none the less good interaction with mangers senior level leaders as well as employees, had to go through multiple level of interview interaction

If you apply from CFN, you will get the opportunity to get a walk-in interview. It's a 1h interview and if you pass that, the second interview will be in their office in Tokyo.
