3 step process- phone screen, initial, and panel. Went pretty quickly, hiring manager kept me in the loop the whole time. Was flexible in scheduling. Questions weren't too difficult, felt pretty standard. Asked about personal life to see if I would also be a good cultural fit.

The interview was very easy and straightforward. The person who interviewed me just asked simple questions about my work history to see if I would align with the contract. I was also asked about healthcare experience as the role was with insurance.
Fast paced and quick. They make decisions fast without waiting a ton of time. Only a couple steps and interviews to complete. Overall good interview experience I had. Good luck on your interview
