Most of their interviews for contract roles are 1 30 to 45-minute interviews. Sometimes it doesn't seem like enough time to have a full conversation in 30 minutes. But the recruiter typically will get on a call with you before the interview to prep and give you extra details. Then follow up with a call, and ask you to write a thank you note. Pretty smooth process for the most part.
