I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at TELUS (Las Vegas, NV)
Interview
They hired through various temporary services. I took an assessment first for my temp agency and then one for Telus. A few days later I was called for a group interview. Very informal and fun with a fake funny scenario.

Question 1
The scenario is usually something silly like "My refrigerator stopped working what are you going to do about it?" And you can say anything literally like "okay take a sock and rub it all over and that should fix the issue." It doesn't matter. Its fun and you can say whatever to make it right. Its basically an interview to test your personality and see if you're a good fit.
2 part process with a video screening before moving onto the virtual interview. Questions focused on the app and how you would deal with patients. It was about a month process.
Meet with recruiter, then move onto interview with director, and finally a panel interview. In the panel interview you get given a case study to read which is then followed by answering some questions.

To read a case study that would be followed by some questions.
It wasn't that hard, the interviewer asked some common questions about myself, why I wanted to work there an so on. It was pretty easy being honest, I think that was one of the easiest interviews I have ever had and I'm currently working at Telus.
