I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TELUS (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2012
Interview
The interview process was very simple and easy. There were a few interviews to go through but after that they sent me to classes to learn how to work with customers. The work environment is very social and amazing! You have the opportunity to connect with people in a safe environment.

Question 1
The most difficult question was how I wanted to further go on in this company. It stumbled me because I wasn't expecting them to ask me how further I actually wanted to go in this company but also showed me that they do value their employees.
2 part process with a video screening before moving onto the virtual interview. Questions focused on the app and how you would deal with patients. It was about a month process.
Meet with recruiter, then move onto interview with director, and finally a panel interview. In the panel interview you get given a case study to read which is then followed by answering some questions.

It wasn't that hard, the interviewer asked some common questions about myself, why I wanted to work there an so on. It was pretty easy being honest, I think that was one of the easiest interviews I have ever had and I'm currently working at Telus.
