I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TELUS (Vancouver, BC) in Oct 2019
Interview
I went to downtown Vancouver, the head office in BC. I like the way they proposal their company and culture. However, they doesn't tell too much about the work description. I know they need to sell product by knocking doors or call customers which is not what I like to do.
2 part process with a video screening before moving onto the virtual interview. Questions focused on the app and how you would deal with patients. It was about a month process.
Meet with recruiter, then move onto interview with director, and finally a panel interview. In the panel interview you get given a case study to read which is then followed by answering some questions.

Question 1
To read a case study that would be followed by some questions.
It wasn't that hard, the interviewer asked some common questions about myself, why I wanted to work there an so on. It was pretty easy being honest, I think that was one of the easiest interviews I have ever had and I'm currently working at Telus.
