Went through a 3-stage interview, passed HR and technical rounds very easily, only to get rejected after the final one with the CEO and team. Everyone says if you make it that far, you’re basically in, not true if you’re a senior developer asking for fair pay. Most dev team are young, seems like they prefer hiring fresh grads.
