I applied through college or university. I interviewed at TMC Transportation
Interview
One interview in their office with a couple of managers. Kind of intense, not too challenging of questions. Did not think I did too well in the interview but they asked for references which helped too.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at TMC Transportation (Fort Worth, TX) in Feb 2019
Interview
The process began at a career fair at my college. I gave my resume to a recruiter and they followed up with me a couple of days later. Process was overall very quick and I was in for an interview a couple of days after. During the interview, the manager that interviewed me said something around the lines of this - We pride ourselves on responding to our applicants quickly, and will hear back from us whatever the result my be in a couple of days.
It has now been over a month, and still have not heard anything. Have followed up with the recruiter, as well as one of the individuals who interviewed me - Nothing. If someone isn't a good fit, that is understandable; however, it is inexcusable for a company to say that they will get back to you and then not follow through.
