    I attended the initial interview which was a one on one interview with the person in charge of hiring. The interviewer was very friendly and straight to the point. The interview was focused around what business I could bring to the company and whether I could support myself with my own connections and business I generate for myself.

    You have to know the city and the Biz - very well. This is not a Keller Williams were they hire anyone. This is a company that wants you for the long run, so really show them how committed your going to be.

    I interviewed at several of their offices. We talked about why I wanted to work in Manhattan and tried to figure out which office would be best for me. If you're an agent who can bring in sales, they want you. I would not recommend this company for new agents.
