The individual I was in communication with regarding the open position was completely unprofessional. I was offered the position, after receiving and reviewing the employee agreement and benefits package, ultimately, I decided to politely decline the offer.Almost immediately after sending my email, I began receiving extremely insulting, coercive, and manipulative text messages from this individual trying to force me to accept the position. This individual stated that the company would "blacklist me" if I declined. This individual appear to use fear and manipulation to attract and/or secure candidates and it is by far the worst experience with any organization I have ever experienced.
