I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at TRooTech Business Solutions in May 2026
Interview
Very disappointing hiring process.
I interviewed for the Business Analyst position and completed three rounds of interviews on 26 May, 28 May, and 1 June. The interview experience itself was positive And I got result after 1 hours on the 1st and 2nd round of interview.
However, during the final managerial round(3rd round), I was informed that my interview performance was good, but the company was looking for a candidate with 2+ years of experience. This raised a serious concern for me. If the experience requirement was a key hiring criterion, it should have been evaluated during the initial HR screening itself rather than after three rounds of interviews.
After the final round, I waited nearly 15 days for an update. Despite following up, there was no clear communication regarding the status of my application. Eventually, I received a generic rejection email that did not mention the actual reason discussed during the interview or provide any meaningful feedback.
The entire process felt poorly managed. Candidates invest significant time and effort preparing for multiple interview rounds, and they deserve transparency, timely communication, and consistent feedback. Rejecting a candidate based on an experience requirement that was already known from the beginning reflects a lack of coordination in the hiring process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interviewer asked whether I had more than 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, as the role required 2+ years of experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TRooTech Business Solutions in Apr 2026
Interview
I recently attended an interview for an SEO role with Aman Bhati, and the experience was not up to professional standards.
The interview started normally but quickly turned uncomfortable due to the interviewer’s tone. There was a lack of respect and professionalism in the way questions were asked. Instead of a constructive discussion around SEO skills, strategies, and experience, the interaction felt dismissive and one-sided.
As an SEO professional, I was expecting a conversation around practical knowledge like on-page strategies, technical SEO, or real-world problem solving. However, the approach did not allow for a meaningful exchange.
The most disappointing part was the way the interview was ended abruptly without proper closure or feedback. A simple professional wrap-up would have made a big difference.
Overall Experience: Negative
Suggestion: Improve interviewer behavior and ensure a respectful, structured interview process for candidates.
