Application
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TTEC (Morgantown, WV) in Oct 2015
Interview
After resume was submitted online an appointment was scheduled. In a group a computer skills test by simulator was conducted. Checking for typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and ability to read and comprehend. ID's were photocopied, a few general questions and within an hour the appointment was over. As long as you are average intelligence you will get an offer.

It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
