Interview was a group interview , but was painless. You watch a presentation and answer couple questions. You do have to fill out paperwork. It was the easiest interview I have ever had.

There was no interview process at all. You join a large Zoom meeting and are basically given an orientation and asked if you would like to join. I believe it is like that because they have a high turnover rate.

Went through process passed everything then because their troubleshooting took too long to install their software wasted all that time for nothing and ended up not being able to Love forward

I interviewed at TTEC (Ahmedabad)
A vc interview was held in which we were asked to brief about ourselves, the highest educational qualification and working experience and documents we have. The discussion regarding salary negotiation also took place. The process was followed by a written test for shortlisted candidates in which a descriptive paragraph was asked to write. After, the evaluation the candidate who cleared the written exam was asked to attend another interview which will be scheduled in next few days. The final schedule for the interview has not been disclosed.

Interview consisted of a group zoom call and a presentation of the company. Afterwards they gave a brief 5-10 minute interview for those who stayed on the call asking about their prior experience in customer service.
