Great company, great team
May 25, 2023 - Information Security Analyst in Denver, CORecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Corporate office is pretty cool (remote since COVID). Great people to work with. Pay is okay but it's a good place to learn and move up.
Cons
I've seen bad reviews for entry level and minimum wage jobs overseas.

TTEC Customer Care Representative
May 11, 2023 - Customer Care Representative in San Antonio, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
One of the best jobs I've ever had. Great benefits that start as soon as you are employed. I've been with 3 projects under the TTEC umbrella. Bank of America, Optum Insurance, and currently I'm on the CHANEL project. I enjoy working from home so that's the biggest pro for me, but they do offer brick and mortat positions. There is plenty of room for advancement if you are looking to do so. We have a program thay pays incentives for your reliability% and Quality Assurance scores. As long as you're doing tour job and doing it well it's really helpful to have extra cash coming in here and there. I really am satisfied with how I'm treated here and the workload isn't insane either. Very lucky that I stumbled upon this company via recommendation from a friend.
Cons
I can't think of any cons. Even when one of the projects shut down the company made sure to relocate us to another project. I'm very grateful for that.

Pros
I will make a career of ttec. I started during COVID because I wanted to work from home but now I will stay forever. You have so much room for growth and opportunities if you open your mind and try different jobs. There is so much support and help to achieve your goals. Just remember closed mouths don't get fed, if you don't think you are getting the help needed, say something. Pay is amazing
Cons
Haven't found one. It can be as bad as you make it

Great Onboarding Experience
May 18, 2023 - Senior Business Analyst in Dearborn, MIRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Well organized and welcoming onboarding team. Structured method to introduce company systems and processes to new employees. Team members are willing to assist with any questions or concerns that may arise. I quickly had ID's and passwords established so that I could access the necessary tools and systems to begin being productive immediately. There appears to be an abundance of opportunities for advancement and development.
Cons
As a new employee, there are none that I have identified so far.

Positive Interview and Nice People
May 15, 2023 - Senior DeveloperRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The interview process at TTEC was positive and fair. Each person I interviewed with was kind, respectful and easy to talk to. Since being hired, everyone I've met has been passionate and ready to help. My manager has been great and is already pushing me to explore career development opportunities.
Cons
The onboarding process has been very slow. I still do not have access to all of the systems I need to complete my job.

Great place to work for most people
May 5, 2023 - Sales Representative in Las Vegas, NVRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Work from home. Decent pay. Monthly bonuses. Flexible managers. Full benefits.
Cons
Forced to pay for benefits you do not need. HR is a robot so requesting for assistance internally is always a pain. Not much room for growth. No annual raises. If you don’t like your job you can either quit or take less pay working for a different campaign. Giving out dry promotions like hotcakes.
