    It was some of the people that called were so mean and rude and it was just to stressful

    Inter-operation between Client and corporate systems often interfere with your capability to be able to work, being very frustrating. Often it appears to me that the work vs salary (more an allowance type of deal) comparison just isn't enough...

    Wonderful company to work for. My trainer is a awesome trainer and management is approachable and very helpful. They listen and assist you in what you ask for. Great support across the board from upper management to agents that I have worked with.

    I have been working at TTEC full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Compensation competitive with my pay as a retail store manager. Light work load. Opportunity to transition to different projects within the company.

    Cons

    Training did not go so well. I got the impression that my trainer did not have the most up to date materials. Things apparently change daily and many of the team chats are supportive but spend a lot of their time trying to figure out the most current practices, with new and old information getting jumbled together.
