    Pros

    Work at home. Limited travel. Varied assignments and the ability to work with a lot of varied technologies. Coworkers willing to help you with any issues that you run into when doing your job.

    Cons

    Occasionally need to work evenings and weekends. Sometimes people that change jobs and come back advance faster than those that stay with the company.

    Advice to Management

    Make sure compensation is competitive. Many of my peers work lots of extra hours don't think they are adequately compensated.

    be more understanding that not everyone can meet standards when other companies are the problem.

    Boring training courses, that are too long in general for people with the proper skill set to effectively perform the job.

    Easy to get hired; will hire you multiple times for different clients

    Cons

    Lay offs especially after ramp season ( slow times)

    Allow seasoned employees to work with other clients before laying them off.

    Low pay and inflexible schedule
    Onboarding is a nightmare and recruiters are inconsistent
