I worked at TTEC part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great trainers, and team leads

This is the first company that I have seen that does actually care for it's employees.

The offer great health and wellness incentives.

The pay is great and meets the job requirements. You do have the opportunity to earn more based on your stats. It motivates and gets some healthy competition going between you and your co workers.

Best of all they WORK with you. THey don't just write you up or throw you out in the deep end and expect you to survive. You have support every step of the way.

Even though your schedule is set, team leads really work with you to try and accommodate you.

There are a lot of one on ones, but having dealt with companies where that was nonexistent and you paid for it, this was a welcome change even though a bit annoying at times.

You do have the opportunity to move up with in the company. I started off as a CSR and then assisted with chat and then was asked several times if I wanted to look into a trainer position.

I honestly can't say enough about this company or the people I worked with. It felt like a family.

    Cons

Scheduling can be a little tricky because you have a set schedule unlike many WAH positions where you can schedule your own time.

Must have great internet otherwise there can be issues with line quality. But I live out in the boon docks so maybe that isn't a big issue for many people.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work

Possibly look into using just a regular old telephone system for someone employees if line quality is an issue through VOIP.
