      Pros

      Very Customer and Employee focused. Friendly & Family atmosphere. Interested in people of all diverse backgrounds. Choice of Full Time & Part Time positions. Great Training. Decent Pay Scale. Great Benefits. User Friendly Application Tools and Support Agents who wants to advance their career learning new skills.

      Cons

      Pay Bi-Weekly is the only Con in my opinion.

      Excellent Team Leads (TLs) and Coworkers

      Pros

      The TLs are very encouraging and they always point out when the staff is doing a good job. If staff have questions the TLs are usually able to respond quickly. When they have to point out when you are not doing something correctly it is always done in a professional matter. Coworkers are always there to help when you have questions or have problems when the TLs are able to. There is continuous training which is great.

      The pay is not great.

      Pros

      They work with you being able to show up to work or not. You work from home so that is a huge pro. The pay is pretty good for a job that requires only basic computer skills.

      Cons

      YOU ARE A HUMAN PUNCHING BAG. It doesn't matter how the caller treats and yells at you. You are expected to repeat the same information that got you yelled at in the first place and just sit silently while you are basically having your entire existence demeaned.

      Pros

      Laid back atmosphere, diverse and respectful management and co-workers, will work with you on scheduling/health issues, offer great benefits

      Cons

      Calls can be back to back due to not keeping enough agents on staff, too many calls for sufficient meetings/coaching times, training wasn't great for people who have a hard time independently working and learning

      Impersonal, Some Team Leads care more than others which damages entire teams of people who may be excited to learn but have no direction

      Pros

      You get a guaranteed 40 hours. You do not work holidays. You work from home and get 3 breaks.

      Cons

      They change up things without you knowing until the last minute. If you are pregnant, do not waste your time applying. They tell you one thing in training, then when you get your TL your being told another. The QA department and what is informed on lighthouse are two separate things. You get one warning and then a coaching then you’re gone
