    TTec values are modeled and encouraged by management and the employees. We take our values very serious.

    Schedule are based on production needs and are not as flexible as some would like.

    One of the best things about working for TTEC is that they promote growth from within. There are frequent coaching sessions to help you improve and succeed at the job. The benefits are outstanding as well.

    Cons

    With an call center, schedules depend on business needs. Schedules can change according to what is needed so when working here you truly need open availability.

    Benefits, culture, feeling valued. The onboarding was easy and I have felt very supported in my 6 months.

    Cons

    The main headquarters is unnecessarily large given the number of people who work there. It can feel quiet and almost empty at times.

    Most of the TL's are nice

    Cons

    Hard to change schedule or project.
    If the project you applied for is not available you get placed on what's open.
    Lots of updates
    Pay is on the low side

    Advice to Management

    I think there should be more flexibility with projects and agents should get a say in the up training.
    The pay could be higher.
