Interview
I had a phone/in-person interview which was a great start then following the interview had some questions that I could not answer which did disqualify me. But what bothered me the most is that the recruiter I was working with which also worked for TTEC could not return my phone call nor send me an email regarding my results which I thought was very unprofessional.
Highly technical, precise questions.
Need to be prepared and knowledgeable about the job you are applying for.
Interviewers were formal but felt approachable.
HR was also helpful during the application process up until hiring.
All in all, an amazing, challenging experience.
