I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TTEC (Mandaluyong City) in Jan 2014
Interview
I applied online and got a call from them assessing my qualifications. They asked me to come to their office for a series of assessments.
At their office, they made me fill out an online application and after that, I had my initial interview where they gauge my communication skills and they inquired as to what account I would like to be profiled.
After the interview, they made me take a series of exams. The exams consist of a customer service, a technical support and a chat simulation exam. All the exams are quite challenging especially to those who don't have any experience working in a call center but is passable as long as you follow the instructions and analyze the questions very well.
I found out that I was profiled for a non-voice account so the chat simulation exam is the deciding part of the exam in determining whether I would pass or fail. Thankfully, I passed that part and they gave me a medical slip for me to have the medical exam right away. They would give me a job offer once they receive a favorable result of my medical exam.
The interview is a Zoom meeting with about 30 other people. A few videos are played that don't really tell you anything about the job or company. We were split into groups of five ish people and a person asked questions from a script and we took turns answering. The interviewers couldn't really answer questions about the job or even what we would be doing. It was a strange experience but not stressful or anything.
