Primero hubo un cuestionario técnico multiple choice. Las primeras preguntas eran muy básicas, luego más avanzadas. Bastante de configuración de redes. Para aprobar en un puesto básico había que aprobar el 70%. Para un puesto avanzado, 85%. Luego hubo entrevistas en pares y finalmente entrevistas individuales.

All you had to do was take a test and they let you google the answers. If you passed with 70% or higher than you got the job. Afterward they would bring you and other applicants to a room and do a group interview, even though by passing the test you are automatically guaranteed the job.
