It was really great at first because when you pass the online exam you will immediately be informed that you can schedule your initial interview at the best time available for you. However, on my experience the recruiter failed to call me even though I already had a scheduled phone interview and I understood. The downside is you will set up another phone interview appointment but depending on the available time there is which is usually a week of waiting. The initial interview is very easy since it was just common interview questions. After that you will have another assessment depending on what account you were lined up, as for me my assessment was typing test and email response composition that needed to be done in an hour. My recruiter didn't even informed me if I passed the assessment not until I reached out to the live chat team. And after a two weeks of waiting I received a call about my final interview which will be conducted 15mins later, even though I asked if I could be rescheduled since I was running some errands the recruiter just told me that there are no available schedule so I was left with no other choice but to take the final interview. I was definitely not prepared as I was out of the house and had to load my cell just so I could download google meet to be on the meeting. During the call I was really distracted because of the noise on the road and there are nowhere else to go that is quiet. So I'm really sorry if this became a rant, I'm just frustrated with how the hiring process was conducted on me and I think it beats the purpose of scheduling interview if you can't really call applicants on their appointed time. I waited a long time just to be a part of a great company that TTEC is.
