Fue todo por linea, fueron tres etapas la segunda fue tardada ya que tardaron en contactarme a pesar de que habian dicho que había pasado a la segunda ronda, pero al pasar a la tercera todo fue más rápido.
Group interviews where you hear about the position ro determine if you want it. You may speak to someone individually but not always. Then you are sent an offer letter if indicating interest
I was emailed a link to complete an online assessment. Questions included scenario questions, skill test, and personality quiz. They asked for camera access, but to my knowledge didn't need it. They also performed a speed test of my home internet connection.

Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
