I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Tempe, AZ) in Feb 2014
Interview
No different than most companies fielding a team of employees. Not like you are trying out for a specific specialty like the Center position on a football team. "Are you willing to start work everyday from a compromised position with your hands already full, limited vision of a dynamic workspace, massive oncoming forces from 3-directions and you willing to perform this function repeatedly?"
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
