Filled out an application online. Called me to come in for in ou sit down with the GM where they get to know you and your personality and see if it fits best with their team. I was hired on the spot right at the interview. Completed onboarding tasks that take place through the computer as well. And my GM texted me my first day to start.

Really easy going, didn't feel like an interview at all. It was a great first job interview process just make sure you are trained if this is your first interview.
