Interview
Friendly process with the manager. Entry level fast food. If you can learn what they teach you can do well. Emphasis on showing up on time ready to work. Expectations were clearly defined.
Solid interview, personable, and professional the individual who did my interview was understanding, asked clarifying questions. As well as had personable discussions afterwords to get to know who they may hire on a personal level.
The interview was fast-paced and practical, focused on knife skills, station experience, and handling pressure. The cook spoke directly, showed confidence without ego, and emphasized reliability, teamwork, and learning through repetition during busy services.

No problems. The people were very nice and listened to what I had to say. They made me feel like they wanted me to be apart of the team. I loved the interview process.
