      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Irvine, CA
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Taco Bell (Irvine, CA) in May 2021

      Interview

Initial interview was with a talent acquisition rep from a third party company associated with TB. Real short interview to get to know the person and why they want to work at TB. Acknowledgement of odd hours and graveyard shift. Then proceeds interview to the next phase which is with the IT support team (panel interview of 2) to get a better feel for your skillset and your goals with the company. Gives you a brief look into the day to day as well as the lifestyle that comes with working graveyard shift. Overall very nice people and a pleasure to speak with.

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Taco Bell in Jun 2020

      Interview

Applied online and heard back from a recruiter a few weeks later asking if I was still interested. I was scheduled a Microsoft Teams meeting with the recruiter a week later where she asked me basic info about my background and related experience. The next and final interview was another Teams meeting with 2 shift managers. This one lasted about 30 minutes. The first half was recap about the position and the second half was more technical, including role playing how to respond to basic troubleshooting questions I may encounter. Received an offer later that day.
