Taconic Biosciences interview questions

Interview process is a bit more challenging than average. After a quick screening call with the recruiter, I met with the hiring manager for an hour long interview. This was a typical interview with questions regarding the position. Next up, was a panel interview that included a presentation. I prepared a 10 min presentation on KPIs I use to measure demand planning progress. This interview was about an hour long as well with very in-depth questions regarding my skills and experience.

Multiple rounds of interviews and presentation. Interview first with manager, and then an interview with multiple colleagues, and finally one last presentation. The interview process was not that complicated but did require multiple days and some time.
