Complete waste of time - simply got an email with them asking what I want to make prior to ever speaking to me. There was no convo/no explanation of the role or the company whatsoever. When I said I’d be open to learning more about the role to provide a fair pay range for myself, the reply was “we are moving forward with other candidates then” What was the point of that? How do you expect to attract any candidates when you have “recruiters” ask pay with no communication/no discussion of the role, no background of the company. Found this very unprofessional.
