I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals in Jan 2014
Interview
Applied online and received an email requesting a phone interview 2 months later. There were two people interviewing on the call. Fairly standard interview: tell me about yourself, walk me through your resume, why are you interested in this position, and then several behavioral/tell me about a time when... questions. I was told I'd hear back from them in 2-3 weeks and never even got a generated email response saying they were going to pursue other candidates...

Question 1
Can't remember specific questions, I think the behavioral questions were primarily teamwork focused.
Really well structured and very nice and friendly people. It wasn’t rushed and they took their time to explain to me the format of the assessment task. Their were around 3 different interview stages, one being a presentation which was around 5-10 mins.
Only 1 interview. No one contacted me to say I was rejected. I found out by looking on Workday to see I’m no longer considered. Not the worst but I would have appreciated more communication. The recruiter was very helpful though.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals (Cambridge, MA) in Apr 2025
Interview
2 back to back interviewers with basic behavioral and experience questions. It was pretty informal in my view, I spoke with my manager and her boss. They were very friendly and told me only 2-4 other applicants were being interviewed.
