I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
After first applying online, there is a brief (15 minutes) phone interview with a recruiter, followed by an in-person interview with an area manager (30-60 minutes). The interview is behavioral-based questions, using the STAR method as usual, with emphasis on leadership an dcommunication. Be sure to explain why you want to work for Target, so do a little research. Of course, have a couple questions prepared.
