The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2011
Interview
My interview just jumped to 3 behavial questions, and then question time. It was an one-campus interview. I would most definitly recommend taking the interview where you want to. I expected them to take a bit more direction, but looking back I wish I would have been a bit more assertive in the beginning.

Question 1
Tell us a time about when you had to research something.
It consisted of a phone screen with HR followed by 30-minute virtual interviews with three others. Overall, the process was pretty smooth. I was surprised there was no in-person portion.
