I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Brick, NJ) in Nov 2016
Interview
I was asked multiple questions about different circumstances I have been through in my life and at previous jobs by 4 different people. The questions at times were a little difficult and personal. They really made you think. Especially if you have not worked in awhile. The interviewers did give you as much time as you needed to think about all your answers.
Easy question and answer, felt honest and geniune. There were two back to back interviews, first with a team leader, then the executive lead. Not long after this I was given an offer.

Easy, quick, to the point. Not as stressful as I imagined. Initial interview followed by two more. Final interview was with HR ETL. It was a pleasant experience. I would recommend to prepare, but not over prepare.
