I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target in Jul 2010
Interview
It was very easy. I met with one supervisor and he asked me basic questions. I knew I got the job when he started discussing salary with me and asked if that is good to start with. Then I was called in for an orientation with a couple of other people.
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure
