I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Janesville, WI)
Interview
Talked to two different leads one-one-one and after the second interview I was told I would get a call for a third. Took two weeks before I heard any word that I did not pass the interview. Side Note: Be careful of this location, there is a particular front end lead that from who I know, many people are planning on leaving because of him/her, and they interviewed me. After talking with me I knew how fake the whole "we care about our employees here" is, and how fake they were being towards me. If you apply for front end here, you'll know who I'm talking about soon. They need a change in leadership here for the turnover rate to lower. I'm not only saying this because of my rejection, but as a warning. After learning these pieces and hearing how at least three people are leaving because of this person, I'm grateful I will be working for another company.
It is pretty easy but getting the interview is the hard part. It took so long to get my interview but nice interviewer. They ask basic questions, not too technical but good to know. I think it’s pretty easy
HireVue with 2 tries. Very easy. Behavioral questions. Just show that you're excited to work with them. After using HireVue, you will receive an email and phone call from them.
