I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target (Baltimore, MD) in Oct 2016
Interview
The in-person interview was very easy and relaxed. Walked into the store while they were doing mass-hiring foe holidays. Got interviewed right away and was offered the job at the end of the interview.

Question 1
Q: Describe a time where you went above and beyond for a customer
Pretty simple process. Went in and interviewed with the Team Lead, most questions were behavioral in nature. Ended up just chatting for a bit and I was offered the job on the spot, then was sent to talk to the Supervising Lead who verified a couple aspects of my application.
It was easy. Pretty straightforward. For a team member, I would not expect more which is actually a really good thing. The manager was nice as well and made the process easy.
I applied online. I interviewed at Target (San Bruno, CA)
Interview
Phone interview, and orientation right after. Not much else at the time. Scheduled for orientation with a few other people. After orientation, a drug screening scheduled, and was called back about a week or so afterwards to start work.
