some paperwork phone calls and lots of videos they make sure that you learn everything that you could possibly ever need to learn when applying for a job. You have to watch at least 20 videos on how to do certain things and all the training takes up to almost two weeks but it is worth it, and you never quit learning

Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
