Seasonal Cashier Job- filled out online application. Received a call-back a few days later. Had an initial phone interview and then an in-store interview, was offered the job following the results of a drug test.

Behavioral questions, "How would you handle an upset customer, they are looking for a specific item, and your store is out of it, what do you tell them?"
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure

Describe a time you had to adjust what you were working on to support the needs of a group or team
After submitting myapplication through the Target Careers portal, i completed a brief, automated assessment of mywork availability and job-related skills. i then received an email invitation to complete a recorded video interview, where i was asked 5–8 pre-recorded questions. For each prompt, i received 2 minutes of preparation time and up to 3 minutes to record my answer.
