I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target
Interview
I met a recruiter at a career fair I attended and he was very nice. He asked about my major and what career goals I had and set up my first interview there. I had my first interview on campus, it took about 30 minutes... they asked about myself and then about 4-5 behavioral questions. He liked my energy and set up my second interview, this time it was at a Target store. My second interview was almost the same as the first but with different behavior questions. A week later I received a phone call to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was very quick, maybe 10 min, she asked just about two questions (she was from HR)

Name a time when you had to persuade someone in your team; Name a time you had to change your coaching style; Where do you see yourself in 5 years;
Short, quick, personable and exciting so you can't gauge how they feel. That said, very easy and fast process, does not require much preparation, just make sure you can pitch yourself well.
There was a total of three rounds. First was phone screening with recruiter, second was with a manager and third was with a panel of mangers at the distribution center.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Target (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2025
Interview
The initial step was a phone screening, where I learned a lot more about the company and position. I didn't proceed to the next round but the people I spoke with were very friendly.
