Interview
College recruiter sat me down and gave me a quick brief interview about my resume, experience, education and stuff about the program.
Following that, I got a phone call about coming down for a 1:1 interview. This time it was all Behavioral Based and some situational questions. I went on to do one more with the hiring manager and her assistant, furthering more of the same types of questions.

In my experience, I had one Phone interview with a recruiter who I spoke to several times coordinating and preparing for two Zoom interviews completed virtually with managers you will likely work with in your role.
