I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target
Interview
I applied for seasonal help. The kiosk application was more like a psychological test than anything else. Upon finishing, I was encouraged to pick up the adjacent phone for an on the spot interview. I was told to go to Food Avenue for the interview, and as this was my first time in Target, I didn't know where this was, so I left. A few days later they called and said they wanted to schedule a second interview. When I got to the interview, I realized I didn't have to dress up as much as I did because the person before me in jeans and plaid polo was also hired.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
