I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Target (West Covina, CA) in May 2013
Interview
I went through a pretty quick application process. Then I told my sister because she works there to let them know that I applied and then they called me for an interview. But I really feel like if my sister wasn't working there then I wouldn't have been offered an interview. Before that I applied like three times and couldn't get an interview until I asked my sister to tell them about me. So I feel like its true that it's all in who you know sometimes that gets you into the position that you want.

Question 1
My interviewer asked me , "Tell me one time that that you have a difficult time with a guest how did you handle that?"
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
