I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Target
Interview
Interview fair at a local church. Three team members who were to begin working at the opening store interviewed each potential candidate. Questions asked hypothetical situations, previous work experience, and behaviors relating to friends, family and strangers. After several minutes following the third interview, I was called back to another room and offered a position so long as I passed the drug test.

Question 1
The typical lame questions like, Name a time you went above and beyond to help someone else; When was a time you had a conflict and how did you resolve it? These types of questions.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
