Interview
The Target interview was during the seasonal time that Target hires for the Christmas times. It was two interviews. The interviewers filled in a packet full of questions about situations I have been in and how have I been able to respond to certain scenarios. The second interviewer was the same way, but with different questions.

Situational questions about what I have done with some difficult times
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.

How to handle certain situations that would happen in the real world revolving around a customer.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!
