I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Aug 2014
Interview
I was recruited on campus at a career fair. I spoke with the recruiter and gave them my resume. I was contacted about a week later to set up an on site interview at Target. I was notified a few days later by the HR department informing me that I had made it to the next round and that I would have an on campus interview. A few days later I received a call to set up a final phone interview. I was notified within the next day informing me of my offer. The interview process was very structured and I thoroughly enjoyed the process!

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.
