I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target in Oct 2008
Interview
The people that interviewed me seemed to legititmately care about you. I didn't remember any negative first impressions of the people whom I interviewed with. They asked me the general STAR questions that you would get in any interview. I found it interesting that I only had to go through one interview instead of 2 or 3.

Question 1
Describe an experience where you used your excel skills to solve a business problem?
It consisted of a phone screen with HR followed by 30-minute virtual interviews with three others. Overall, the process was pretty smooth. I was surprised there was no in-person portion.
