I applied through other source. I interviewed at Target in Apr 2021
Interview
Average. Asked the typical questions.
Tell us about your last position. If you left, tell is why.
There weren't really any one off questions or curve balls. It ended up not being a position I was interested in.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
